INTERCONNECTION OF INFLATION, BI RATE, AND EXCHANGE RATE ON MUDHARABAH AND MURABAHAH FINANCING

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between inflation, BI interest rates, and exchange rates on Mudharabah Murabahah financing at Sharia Commercial Banks. This research a quantitative that applies Johansen Integration Test Vector Error Correction Model see long-term impact shock response certain variables. Research findings show rate has significant negative in short term income, while inflation factors have smaller term. receipt negatively affected by all factors, especially currency rates. Inflation long run small positive run. Recommendations based results are importance maintaining stability controlling as well need for effective risk management face fluctuations inflation. In addition, Islamic banks improve operational efficiency, educate customers about economic risks, encourage collaboration relevant institutions further better policy development.
